Use the following shipping intruction steps to send the Hard Drives for RAID Data Recovery
Step 1:
Label each drive with its position in the array. Note : In RAID numbering systems start with drive 0, not drive 1.
Step 2:
Make sure you place the corrupt disk/drive in an anti-static bag with about 3-5 inches of bubble wrap, foam or any anti-shock material. Tape the sides of the bubble wrap. This kind of packing proves very effective because it will not allow the media to move or get damaged during transit. You should be able to shake your package without feeling movement.
Step 3:
Place all the packed Hard Drives into a hard cardboard box. Make sure that none of the drives can move during shipment. Use high-quality packing materials to secure the Hard Drives. Inappropriate packaging is by far the leading cause of media damage during transportation.
Step 4:
Seal the box and Send the disk at our lab.
Step 5:
Finally, inform us by email and provide the courier company's details and the document number. This will enable us to track your package and notify you once we receive it.
